“When it comes to health and fitness, my typical approach has been to go all in at once, often resulting in a fantastic start soon to be followed by a fantastic burn out. Meg coached me to make a series of smaller but still impactful changes across multiple aspects of my life while providing support and accountability. Over the last three months, these changes have added up and I have met a number of my longer term goals - decreasing my caffeine intake, consistently exercising , being more mindful about when and what I am eating and continually striving to find more balance in my overall life. I still have plenty of work to do but I am better positioned than I’ve ever been to meet my goals and am confident I will get there.”
