Don't Sweat It - Safe Skincare for your Sweaty Betty Workouts
I LOVE the summer season. There is nothing better than the beach and being outdoors. Warm weather means I can take my workouts outside. But warm weather also means that the sweat factor is turned up several notches and I need to make sure I protect my skin, especially my face.

Lately, I’ve been really into this running routine which combines sprints and inclines with steady state running. For me, this routine allows me to be competitive in a way that doesn’t destroy my body. In addition, depending on my schedule, I can adapt the sprint rounds to fit the time I have.

Honestly, these yummy treats can be both. And really, when they taste this good who really cares what they are as long as they get in your belly!! Call ‘em “breassert” for all I care.
Tasty Thursday
So a couple of weeks ago I had almost nothing in my fridge and it was time to cook dinner. I didn't feel like cooking and I really wanted to keep things clean. The only thing I had was a package of ground chicken and a bag of frozen spinach and some lettuce.
